RETURNS

We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery of your order. Opened items are not eligible for return. The product ordered by the pallet requires prior approval before a return can be initiated. To complete a return, Please email Info@honix.com with your name and order number.  Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred less the amount of the return postage. Please note that we cannot refund shipping/return charges.

 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and whether or not it is eligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you need to exchange your purchase, email us at info@honix.com

 

DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged order, email us at info@honix.com within 1 week of delivery.
